The plant is a local platform for the anaerobic digestion of organic waste from separated collection with upgrade into biomethane complete with a digestate composting section and wastewater treatment plant. The process includes a reception and dosing module to the pre-treatment line, a digestion section and subsequent upgrade to biomethane, solid/liquid separation of the digestate, drying of the solid fraction, stripping of the liquid fraction and subsequent treatment of the liquid fraction with an MBR biological plant and reverse osmosis. Composting section consisting of a mixing of the fractions resulting from the anaerobic process with pre-shredded wood, bioxidation and maturation in biocells, final refining. The plant is equipped with an air treatment plant with two stages of chemical scrubber and biofilter at the end.
Activities: Collaboration on the AIA modification project, mass balances and layout, assistance on site and engineering during the start-up phase.
