The greatest amount of experience has been acquired in the field of plant engineering for the selection of recyclable materials.
The “basic” manual sorting plant has almost always characterized the starting point for all operators in the sector, whether public or private. The first professional references are concentrated on this typology. Subsequently, the need to ensure an increasingly advanced selection has imposed an implementation with advanced technologies, ranging from bag-opening systems, to aeraulic and ballistic separation machines, to NIR machines.
The design of a plant depends on numerous factors such as: the type of starting material, the type of collection, the separation objectives, the availability of surface area, the cost of personnel. From these elements, our experience and ability lead to the development of the optimal layout.
Currently, the construction of new plants is giving way to interventions of modification and enhancement of the platforms already in operation. The need to graft technological integrations with consequent modification of the existing plant configurations is today the request to which we can respond with preparation, experience and sharing of strategies with the customer.
